Jennifer Rene Psaki

 Jennifer Rene Psaki is an American political advisor who served as the 34th White House press secretary from 2021 until 2022. As a part of the Democratic Party, she previously worked in the Obama administration as the White House deputy press secretary (2009); the White House deputy communications director (2009-2011) and the spokesperson for the United States Department of State (2013-2015) and as the White House communications director (2015-2017. Psaki was an CNN political commentator from 2017 to 2020. Psaki started her career in the 2001 re-election campaigns in Iowa of Tom Harkin and Tom Vilsack who were both Democrats for the U.S. Senate. Psaki was then appointed the press secretary deputy for John Kerry's 2004 presidential election campaign. Psaki was the director of communications to Joseph Crowley in the U.S. and was the regional press secretary for Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee. Psaki was appointed press secretary for President Obama's 2012 election campaign. [20] Psaki was named spokesperson for the United States Department of State on February 11 2013. The appointment at the Department of State fueled speculation that she would succeed White House Press Secretary Jay Carney after he left the White House on May 30th the 30th of May, 2014, it was announced that Josh Earnest would replace Carney. In the year 2015, she returned to the White House as communications director and remained until the close of the Obama administration.
